Lead times can sink or swim any manufacturing business. Opening our online “doors” in 2020 was undoubtedly a challenge, and the supply chain crisis that followed significantly impacted our lead times. Although we recently adjusted our lead times to between eight and ten weeks, we are still confident that we lead the industry in turnaround time from placing your order to leaving our facility. Our entire team is focused on improving upon lead times and exploring all possibilities to do so. We are researching new equipment, different materials, and improving designs, aiming to deliver the same rugged, durable, American-made attachment faster than any other company.
Our parent company, Jamestown Advanced Products, has been manufacturing commercial-grade sheet metal site furnishings for the outdoor recreational community since 1987. Our facility, located in Western New York, has housed manufacturing companies for decades and even once engineered and manufactured airplanes to support the war effort in the 1940s. The Jamestown region has a long history of manufacturing prowess. We continue that tradition today by employing over 150 hard-working Americans to meet the incredible demand we’ve seen for all of our products.
With lead times, free shipping is a significant concern for the online attachment purchasing process. Our goal was to make it as simple and painless as possible for the customer to pick a delivery method and take receipt of their attachment. Thanks to our extensive relationships with freight companies, we’ve offered free shipping to the Continental United States and Ontario, Canada, since our inception.
