Where are your implements manufactured? +
Our implements are made to order, proudly in Jamestown, New York.We have a 179,000 square foot facility that allows us to keep all facets of the manufacturing process in-house. Learn more about Homestead Implements.
What is the difference between the Pinnacle and Independence series? +
We offer an Independence, or Standard-Duty, variant of our heavy-duty Pinnacle Series in the Back Blade, Box Blade, Landscape Rake, Land Plane, and Bale Spears. The Independence Series is designed to be a more affordable product line for those looking to ease into Homesteading or live somewhere that the soil isn’t too demanding. Our Pinnacle Series is built to withstand the rigors and more advanced projects of a larger homestead or a location that has rocky soil. Our Grapples, Brush Cutters, and Rototillers are exclusive to the Pinnacle line and are engineered to endure any project you might have.
What colors do implements come in? +
We are proud to offer six color options free of charge. Available colors are: orange, green, red, blue, black, and yellow.
Payment and Financing
When is my credit card charged? +
Payment is due at the time of placing the order. You will receive a copy of your order via email when we receive your payment. Once the payment is complete, your order will be processed and begin production.
Does Homestead Implements accept agricultural sales tax exemptions? +
Yes! We accept all valid Agricultural Sales Tax Exemptions on implement purchases. In order to waive any sales tax, we do need to keep a copy of your exemption on file at our office. The easiest way to purchase an implement with an exemption is to get in touch with our Sales Team at 833.625.0635 so that we can create a customer profile on our website. That way we can retain a copy of the form and automatically apply it to any future orders!
Does Homestead Implements offer a military discount? +

Is the website in USD or Candadian Dollars? +
All pricing on our website is in United States Dollars and your order will process in USD.
Is financing available? +

How can I obtain a copy of my invoice? +
You will receive an invoice with your purchase when it is delivered as well as in a confirmation email when your order is placed. An additional invoice can also be provided upon request at checkout.
Shipping
Do you offer local pickup? +
Yes! We offer local pick-up from our facility at 2855 Girts Road, Jamestown, NY. With a local pick-up, you receive a $50 discount, the ability to meet our team, and see where our attachments are made.
What are your shipping policies? +

Do you ship outside the continental United Sates and Ontario, Canada? +
Yes, the lower 48 states and Ontario, Canada, are part of our direct to your barn door free-shipping territory but we are able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other portions of Canada and North America for an additional cost. You can contact us to discuss your shipping options or you can receive an instant freight quote through our checkout process.
What if my Homestead is in a rural location? How will the shipping company handle my delivery? +
Homestead Implements anticipated shipping attachments to remote or rural homesteads throughout the country. To continue offering free-shipping to these hard to reach locations, the carrier assigned to your shipment may deliver to a terminal and sub-contract out delivery to a smaller company that delivers more frequently to addresses in your region. Additionally, some carriers may only deliver once a week to remote locations or townships. Suppose you live in a remote area, at the end of a long dead-end road without a turnaround, or another rural address. In that case, the carrier may delay your shipment until another is assigned or until the carrier routinely delivers to your location.
Do the attachments with gearboxes ship pre-filled with oil? +
Due to shipping policy, we do not ship our Brush Cutters or Rotary Tillers with oil pre-filled in the gearbox. Please review assembly instructions and owner’s manual before use to determine the appropriate oil type and quantity to fill the gearbox with. Operating an implement without adding oil to the gearbox will void the Homestead Implements warranty and will damage your attachment.
Support, Warranty, and Returns
What is the warranty for an implement? +
All Homestead Implements products carry a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes all components of each implement – including gearbox assemblies, PTO shafts, and hydraulic cylinders. The warranty does not cover components of the implements that are declared wear items. The complete warranty can be found here.
Where can I find implement specification information or manuals for Homestead Implements products? +
Each Homestead Implements attachment ships with a full owner's manual. Speficiation sheets and manuals for all of our attachments can be found here.

Can I submit a warranty claim form online? +
No, all warranty claims must be processed through a phone call with a Customer Service Representative. Please call 833.625.0635 to determine if the claim meets the qualifications under the 12-month Limited Warranty. If you have any questions regarding the warranty for your Homestead Implements attachment, please refer to your owner’s manual or our website.
How do I obtain a return authorization for an item? +
Please call 833.625.0635 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
